THE ASK
To raise the creative bar on social content and develop a brand guideline for the Amazon Organic social accounts.
THE CHALLENGE
The Amazon Organic social team needed help to streamline the creative process, push boundaries, elevate creative and set up a production system.
THE EXECUTION
Working with the photographer/visual designer that was tasked with concepting, executing and producing all the content we created a variety of systems to keep the visual brand consistent and the creative and executing process seamless. We created brand tenets based on company data, organized a creative concept and scheduling process to work with brand managers and copywriters, set up photography studio time to allow more art direction, strategy and styling time and proved our vision with positive engagements.
THE RESULTS
By elevating the creative output on Amazon organic social feeds we were able to increase the number of quality posts as well as the average engagements by on average 243%. We tracked data every month and made sure to be flexible to utilize the best approach for creative execution, product choice and media type based on the previous months data to garner the most engagements possible. By the end of the projects lifespan we were able to hand off the product with a complete brand guideline complete with data, a photo shoot system and creative process so a production team could seamlessly take over.
